Is this service safe for my children and/or pets ?

Arsenal Pest Solutions will always take all the necessary precautions to ensure that all products are applied in the safest manner. Once any pesticide is applied it is best to avoid contact with the treated areas until dry. If you think your dog will follow the technician and lap up the product, then it would be best to remove the pet from treated areas until it has dried. Pesticides are very stable when dried and do not emit any fumes in that state.

Do you have to come into our home for service ?

We recommend treating the inside of the home for the first service. Afterwards, we treat inside on a as needed basis. We have customers that are completely satisfied with outside only service.

Do I have to be home for service ?

No. As long as we have access to the areas that need to be treated, families do not need to be home for service.

Is your service guaranteed ?

Yes. We offer 100% satisfaction GUARANTEED ! We will return if pest appear and retreat accordingly, free of charge.
