Scorpions
Presently, there are only about 50 species of scorpions in the United State - only one species is considered to be dangerous to humans, the Bark Scorpion.
Bark Scorpions:
Size: 2-3 inches
Color: Light brown to tan.
Life span: 2-6 years
Bark Scorpions are the only species that can climb up walls!
Scorpion Stings:
Scorpion stings are most serious in young children, older people and pets. If a child is stung ALWAYS seek immediate medical care!
